Is Willow's Home & Gifts going out of business?
No, Willows Home & Gifts is not going out of business. Instead, we're embracing a new chapter by transitioning from our brick-and-mortar store to an online platform. We're excited about this move and believe it will open up new opportunities for us to better serve our customers and our community. While we're saying goodbye to our physical store, we're eagerly looking forward to continuing to provide you with unique products and service in the West Chester area, Cincinnati and beyond. Thank you for being part of our journey, and we can't wait to embark on this exciting new adventure together!
Can I still use my gift card?
Not only can you continue to buy new gift cards, you can continue to use previously purchased gift cards from our brick and mortar store at Liberty Center. Follow these instructions to redeem your gift card:
- Refer to the number on the back of your gift card (ex. GC01).
- At online checkout, enter your gift card number into the "Apply Gift Card" field using the number "0" ahead of your gift card number to equal eight total digits (ex. 0000GC01).
- Your gift card should apply to your online sale! If any issues or concerns, please reach out to us at hello@gowillows.com!
Will you still be holding classes and workshops?
Yes. We will continue to hold classes through partnerships with other small businesses and local vendor markets. You can visit our Events page for all the latest information.
Can I return my items?
Sorry, but we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once a purchase is made. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping and you opted for insurance at checkout, we'll gladly reimburse you for the damaged product.
